The day Shayna lost her necklace, it was very hard for her to concentrate in school. She felt like something inside of her left. The necklace was part of Shayna; it was like one of the bones in her body, so when she lost it, nothing was the same. When she told her mom that she lost her grandma’s necklace, her mom got very mad because she couldn’t believe her daughter would do such a thing.

She always trusted Shayna because she never lost anything before. A long time ago, Shayna’s mom gave her hundred dollars, and she didn’t loose it. Shayna needed to find her necklace so the only idea that popped into her head was to put up signs everywhere she went. She decided to put up a sign in her school, mall, neighborhood, and the Chabad House. She knew that somebody nice would find her necklace and hopefully, give it back to her.
