Hashem wanted Noach to build the teva for one hundred and twenty years because He wanted to give the people time to do teshuva.

Here are the instructions for the”spice cake teva” ( spice cake by Duncan Hines) .

3 eggs

1 1/3 cups water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

8 loly pops

1 sunkist

gummy fish/fish crackers

1 graham cracker

blue frosting

14 pieces chocolate(with cow)/animal cookies

  1. Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal or glass pans, 325°F for dark or coated pans. GREASE sides and bottom of each pan with shortening. FLOUR lightly.
  2. Mix: BLEND dry mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes. POUR batter in pans and bake immediately.
  3. Bake: BAKE following chart below. Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
  4. Decorate: CUT into three pieces and layer like a teva. CRUSH the graham cracker, put blue frosting around the teva, put the chocolate on the middle floor, and the lollipops and the sunkist (tsohar) on the top floor. Put fish on blue frosting. Put crushed graham cracker on bottom floor as garbage.
