Hey’all!
I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to be sharing all my recipes with all of you out there!
Before we start baking up some really delicious food I wanted to tell you about myself!
My name is malka. i live up in pennslyvania. My hobbies include baking (of course), all kinds of sports, acting, writing, shopping and I LOVE meeting new people and hanging out with them ( if its possible)!
It’s interesting to note, being that science is one of my favorite subjects to learn, baking is my most favorite part of the kitchen. baking is a lot like a science experiment, if you leave out one ingredient the recipe is likely to turn out differently!
I hope baking becomes attractive to you like it did to me, I cant wait to get the show on the road with my recipes!
alka
GO malka!!!!
Wow, I can’t wait to see all the recipes! I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and I’d like to try out a few more recipes!
Yummy. I can’t wait to try your recipes. I love to cook and bake too
you will be seeing a lot of them!
I have a great recipe for kosher l’Pesach ice cream (pretty easy) and banana bread ( not kosher l’Pesach), but since they’re too long, I won’t do it now, but if anyone wants me to, I can write it.
hi!
i am very excited and will be happy for your recipe suggestions, even if they are long! i find that the longer the recipe, the funner it is!!!!if you have enough time ill be glad to see it (im sure everyone will be happy too)!!!!!!!
Okay:
Chocolate chip banana bread:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
3 bananas
1 tsp baking soda
and of course… 1/2 cup chocolate chips!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Spray a loaf pan, and then do th following:Mash the bananas in a bowl with a potato masher, then add everything else except the chocolate chips. Mix, then add chocolate chips. Stir around and stick in oven for an hour. Cut up, then take a slice and eat without thinking if it’s hot, then say, “Ouch! It burned mmy tongue!” and then think better of it and wait for a while and then eat. TO EAT: cut some off with a fork, place on fork, place in mouth, chew, swallow. Repeat process until there is none left. See? It is a long recipe.
Lemon vanilla ice cream (kosher l’Pesach)
2 cartons Rich’s whip
8 eggs
2 cups sugar
50 grams vanilla sugar
3 lemons
Beat eggs and sugars till double the volume. Add whip until it thickens. Squeeze lemons (I use gloves if I have cuts on mmy hands, but as none are usually available, I use a plastic bag and close it) until juice is out. Make sure to take out seeds. Put in cake tin. Freeze overnight.
Questions? Comments? Concerns? e-mail shmoodle12@gmail.com if your ice cream turned brown or somthing. (I usually check it every day, don’t worry-oh, except Yom tov/Shobbos, or till after school at 4: 45ish. No school on chol hamoed!)
Hi!
Looks great!
I’ll for sure try it and tell you how it went!
thanx!
Okay. Have fun…after Pesach!
