Evelyn Krieger, author of One is Not a Lonely Number, and Leah Caras, founder of YALDAH will be speaking at the State of Maryland International Reading Association Council (SoMIRAC) Conference on Wednesday, March 28th at the Marriott’s Hunt Valley Inn in Baltimore.
