You will need:
- 1 green, yellow, or red pepper, washed
- Celery, washed
- Carrot (s) washed and peeled
- Any type of salad dressing
1. Cut the pepper in half and scrape out all the seeds and gunk. This will be your bowl.
2. Cut the other half of the pepper into slices.
3. Cut the carrot and celery into sticks.
4. Pour salad dressing into the bottom of the bowl, and put your veggie slices in.
