Introductions and a Series Preview!

Hi everyone! My name’s Shoshana, and I’ll be running the comic blog here on the Yaldah website. I’m really excited to get started here. IY”H, I intend to be posting comics as often as every week here.

What I’m super-excited about is this new comic series I plan on posting here ASAP. It’s called Stranded, and it will be about being stranded (obviously) on a desert island! Expect thrills, drama, and, of course, clean, Jewish humor!

I can’t thank the staff of Yaldah enough for giving me this wonderful opportunity, and I especially can’t wait to start posting stuff!

Thanks, Tonni! I actually use an online comic maker to do the characters and such. I wish I drew that well, though!

Maybe I’ll go through my hand-drawn stuff sometime and share a few scans…. You’ve given me an idea!

Haha! I actually designed that one on a website called FaceYourManga, but Bitstrips also has an avatar maker with some cute pictures. Y’know, I’ll try to switch my avatar to a funnier one from Bitstrips sometime so you can see what I’m talking about!

I’m hoping to post every other week. The pilot post of Stranded is supposed to come out sometime this week, I think. I’m using an online comic website for designing the characters and backgrounds, but it’s my storyline. :)
