Double Dogs

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk*
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons melted butter/margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
*to make pareve, use a non-dairy substitute

Mix all ingredients together. Drop small spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Marshmallow Cream:
3/4 stick of margarine
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 1/2 ounces marshmallow fluff

Mix all ingredients except fluff in an electric mixer on medium. Slowly add the fluff. Spread marshmallow cream be- tween two cooled cookies to make a sandwich cookie. If cream gets melty from the warm cookie, refrigerate.

Tip: If you have extra marshmallow cream mix it with some Rice cispies and put into a pan. Let harden. You have another yummy treat!
