I do have a uniform but i don’t like it

I live in Indianapolis. Our only Jewish school is from 18 months-8th grade and it is mixed girls and boys. We don’t have a uniform, but I want to have one because 80% of the kids are not frum, so sometimes the girls wear non-tzniusdik clothing and it bothers me alot.
Yeah, I know how you feel. As dull as uniforms can get, I suppose they’re ideal because then everyone comes to school dressed properly, and there’s no competition about who’s wearing the coolest clothes… So if you only have a Jewish school for up to 8th grade, what do you do for high school?

we have a uniform- but i wish it wasnt so strict! maybe, any length skirt (not only mid-calf), any color sweater, and not only solid tights- a lot of girls like patterned or something like that.
but anyways.. i think a uniform is good cuz it saves me the time in the morning deciding what to wear- and it makes sure girls are tznius and dont show off and wear fancy clothing. woow that was long- maybe i should use it for my essay in school? hmm…
yeah i forgot… really nice sweater!
