Sometimes it’s good to take a small break in order to continue fresh, with a new attitude. Things that you don’t do every day often seem more exciting. If I didn’t have school and was always on vacation, then an opportunity to go to school would probably fill me with excitement.

We just finished with our winter vacation, which I spent with my cousins. When I came back last night, it was lightly snowing. It reminded me of my previous blog, about snow being a sign of G-d giving us a new chance. Vacation is similar to snow in that respect, because a break also gives us the opportunity to start anew.

I felt full of renewed vigor when I went to school today, and it was funny how I felt like taking notes in classes that I usually don’t take notes in.

Sometimes we need a vacation in order to get a new adrenaline rush for learning.
