Granola 

  • 3 cups ground nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, or Filberts)
  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Evenly spread the mixture on 2 cookie sheets.

Bake on 350 for 10 minutes or until golden.

After 10 minutes, flip the granola over, “rough it up”, and then rotate pans.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

This granola is perfect for topping yogurt, used as a “cereal” with milk for breakfast, served over homemade applesauce as a dessert, or eaten as a snack. Enjoy!
