It’s been a long and full week,

My Shabbos candle speaks to me.

“I will reignite your inner flame” —

My candle is lit once again!

My candle is a tiny flame with enormous power,

My candle stays lit all week, just like Sarah’s.

My candle is the reflection of Rivkah.

My candle glows in the darkest moments,

My candle is my inner flame that I shine.

My candle will carry me through another week.
