Sorry for not posting for so long! From Purim to Pesach, sadly to say, my baking skills were not wanted! We kinda lived on ice cream! So anyways, my family is having a holiday crisis and need a little help. For some reason we keep acting like it’s Chanukah; in fact, the night of Bedikas Chametz, they started singing “Haneiros Halalu…”! And, for the Sedarim we made potato latkes!!! Here is the delicious recipe:
Makes 30 Latkes
Ingredients:
10 potatoes
3 eggs
A sprinkle of salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Grate the potatoes.
2. Mix in the ingredients.
3. Fry in oil.
Simple as pie! (Chas Veshalom on Pesach! ;) )
Have a Chag Kosher V’Samach!
Cool recipe!! Maybe I’ll try to make them!!! They seem so easy to make!!!
