The Kohein Gadol (High Priest) made a curious request of G-d on Yom Kippur… and we, too, recite a puzzling prayer, called “Kol Nidrei.”  Indeed, there’s a connection between the two.  Yom Kippur empowers us to break free of even the most formidable chains that hold us back from actualizing our deepest potential to do good in this world.  We are each responsible for an inner child we are carrying… and it’s up to us to choose life for it!  It’s a new year, and time to welcome your new light into the world!
