Hi everyone! I know I haven’t posted in a while…Between getting the new YALDAH website up, running my graphic design business, finishing up college (one more final and then I graduate!) and chasing around an active toddler, I haven’t had much time to think about blogging.
I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Chanukah and share a photo from “Leah’s Life”. I took this photo tonight, on the last night of Chanukah. Chaya is 1 1/2 now and has been really excited about lighting the menorah each night. I love how proud she looks gazing at the menorah.

my favorite moment was when all my family was standing around the menorah, singing songs. it just felt really great to be there with all of them together. another thing that I liked during this Chanukah was when my school had “Chanukah Olympics” so to say. there was sports, a baking contest, a menorah building contest, a penny finding game, and tons and tons of cheering!! even though my team didn’t win 1st place, we all still had a great time together and that’s what really matters!!
my gramparents from LA came and all four of my gramparents were in the same room at somepoint and that hasn’t happened for nearly 5 years!
Probably when I made my first donut. I could hardly believe I did it! It looked so professional.
Channukah in Eretz Yisrael was amazing! May we all be here together next year!
