GROW Mentors are women trained in the GROW Method by Nechama Laber and Creating Passion Projects by Rae Shagalow of Joyfully Jewish
Basic art supplies are recommended, such as acrylic and watercolor paints, paintbrushes, canvas, watercolor paper, a pen and pencil, markers, or colored pencils.
