HI guys!!

Today I’m going to share a few VERY easy recipes just in time for after Yom Kipper.

For the first two you need a blender, but after that, for those of you who don’t have one, I’ll put something that doesn’t need one.

#1 STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

You will need:

a blender

frozen strawberries

bananas

milk / soy milk

honey

Blend it all together, add some ice, and drink on a hot day!

 

 

#2 REESE’S PIECES SMOOTHIE

You will need:

chocolate syrup

bananas

ice

blender

peanut butter

Blend it all together, add some ice, and drink on a hot day!

#3 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix it up, put onto sheet in balls and press down with a
fork.Bake on 350 for 10 min

Don’t forget to drink tons of water!!!!!!
